Designer David Frem, 25, presented the vehicle - which looks nothing like an F1 car - at his alma mater, the American University of Science and Technology in Beirut. Resembling the "Batmobile" and named after its creator, the so-called "Frem F1" is powered by a 16-valve 2.0-liter Volkswagen engine and has a maximum speed of 200 kilometers per hour (kph). Real F1 cars can reach speeds of over 300kph.The body is made of 10 layers of fiberglass. "The interior is made of wood and fabric, the car took four years to construct and cost $90,000. " Frem said.

It'll do worse than a Z06 due to reduced compression ratio (needed to prevent detonation).

I believe "this car is useless, it's too powerful" is the cynical angle, not those of us who say to why not give it a try.
