Pics of when i first got CHUBSY

A bit of progress today which was my car is now fully undersealed and ive sorted the brakes out due to the front ones just not working well at all lol so i took them apart cleaned them all done my own special mod to the pads and reasembled and tryed them out and its worked a treat

Dont worry i did clean it all up around the edges of the arch lol
I also debadged the back thanks to the guide on this site

Well a lil more work has been done today,
Ive bought 500mm of silicone hose off ebay for about 18quid and ive also take the original carb/inlet setup off my car,
The size of the ports are quite comical i think, there the size of 10p's lol!

This was what the engine looked like before i stared stipping it down ready for carbs.

So will now i can go ahead and have a stab at making my own inlet manifold soon
And tommorow i will be stripping all the sound deadning out from under the carpets and any other plastic trim that i wont need, also soon i will be taking delivery of some uprated jamex dampers and some -35mm springs so should sit pretty decent after that.
