Kobe Rotary Show 2006, Japan. Amemiya san was there, and so was the workshop's #1 street/drift car at the time. They were offering free joy rides on the street in it (professional driver included) - that definitely goes in the 'only in Japan file'. For some reason this pic always seems to feel like it's am RC car...
