The Fresh Breeze Flyke - The Fly Bike
Posted Friday, Dec 05, 2008 by williams
We have seen a flying car. Today you can fly and bicycle! The bicycle can be used with the motor running on the ground up to 40 mph. It is also a fully functional recumbent bicycle. The Flyke can be pedaled in bike mode with and without the motor attached, and can be propelled by the motor alone. After landing, you can pedal to the gas station, refuel, stop at a friends house, fly home, whatever. if you want to hands on the FLyke, you can ontact Southern Skies.
The Flyke launches like a regular trike. It offers a comfortable seating position and unobstructed view and great ergonomics. No special harness is necessary, sit down, fasten your seatbelt and take off. The bicycle is front wheel drive and steers with articulation. The whole front of the Flyke - the bicycle/seat assembly - pivots into turns. On the ground a steering handle is used. The weight is 21 kg (45 lb).

Early 80s cars made 1500HP using a LOT of boost and were even lighter than this and they proved to be very good track cars.
